Root [AT&T] Stuck in htc one x white logo with the development red lettering

tried to flash cm 10, not sure what went wrong excatly but im basically stuck cant go into recovery or reboot to normal stock.
Is there any way to just do a complete factory reset?

You can re-lock your bootloader and flash the correct RUU for your bootloader version. That will put you back to stock.

You will need to re-unlocked (re-root) to flash a recovery again.
