how do I get the information of who is calling or that a texts has came in thru my Bluetooth?

Hello. That depends on the BT device you are connected to. Some convey a notification and some relay the information. I use BT headsets to receive streamed tunes from my phone.. as an example. It interrupts the music briefly with a notification.. it pauses music for an incoming call. There is no display so no heads up information is reflected. I hope this helps.
