Root can someone help?

im trying to change the boot animation but doesn't seem to work, im on the stock rom and yes im rooted, ive already changed the splash screen to the one i wanted but now i want to change the boot animation, can someone walk me through it with a messenger or on here if possible, thanks in advance

I posted the same topic before. Its right underneath your post. You need root explorer. And crump explains how to do it with root explorer. Im not sure how to do it manually, but there are plenty of youtube videos.

i finally found the answer on how to do it using a stock rom and root explorer, you gotta go into system/customize/resource and change the bootanimation.zip file in there

Use root explorer which u can download from 4shared.com, just search root explorer.apk
