Help Cannot use wifi hotspot on this phone with leedroid tweaks

I purchased this phone off the internet and it has the leedroid tweaks already installed. I tried to use the wifi hotspot feature and i am having some success, but when i try to go to links from websites they will not open, i tried the same thing from unaltered htc inspire and it works just fine any suggestions.
