Ok.. No I have not rooted my phone.. And I really don't want to.
I live in the middle of no-mans-land, our cell phones have better service than my house phone.
I mainly use my phone to play my xBox on line.. I would like to change the NAT from moderate to open.
I would think that someone would have figured out a fix for this by now.
