Root couldn't install apps after root and uninstalling some apps

i am using ASUS Zenfone 5 and i have rooted device with Zenfone assist. i also did uninstall some apps after rooting. may be by mistake i have uninstalled some important apps. now i couldnt install apps from google play or update firmware. kindly help me to get some apps installed. i am even unable to get cell services from BSNL after uninstalling apps.
