Help Deleting newly installed/optional ringtones from Optimus-S

Hi. I downloaded and installed some additional ringtones for my LG Optimus-S (LG670). Now I wish to delete the darn things. Talk to me like I'm an idiot and explain how to do this. I have downloaded and installed the Astro File Manager in anticipation of your answer. Thanks in advance.
