Anyone able to help. I have used Kies to put my music on an external memory card. problems am having are as follows.
1. some of the music plays some the player says it can't play and some looks as though it is playing but doesn't. this happens to individual tracks within albums and whole albums.
2. a couple of days latter the music file shows as only 7gb when it was 21gb but I haven't deleted anything....
What on earth is happening... ps the music has been copied from itunes but it does it will all formats including mp3s made from the cd's I own
