Help External Keyboard

I am new to this Huawei S7...I have an external keyboard and it works fine but each time I have unplug and plug in the micro usb to get it to connect. I've gone to setting and hit the android board function...still won't work without unplugging and plugging in.

Hi, can you tell me how you got your keyboard to work. I have a generic keyboard and it just wont pick it up please.
