I can't think of anything more boring than what I'm doing right now. When I'm bored I want to eat....very hard to say no to the plethora of candy, pastries, cookies, etc available in the vending machines
pupkact-->Unforgiven now. Spending so much time on AF I decided to become a little more anonymous for Google searches. I'll let this post sit for a week or so, then I'll edit out my old username. Feel free to use the shortened version of my previous username, pup, if you want to refer to me that way in threads. Or now that my last name isn't part of my UID, just call me chris.

Ugly cloths are made to fit any age in the spectrum, shopping for cloths for the grandbaby has opened my eyes to just how ugly some things can be. I agree with Ron, adult does not have to equal boring, at any age!:congrats:
Fun tidbit of information for the day. I've been doing some calculations this morning on energy production from various sources and their associated land footprints. By my calculations, it would take over 13 Million acres of land occupied by wind farms operating at 40% efficiency (meaning wind blowing at optimum speed 40% of the year...most estimates say the actual number is closer to 25-30% of the time in good locations) to equal the output of current generation of US nuclear plants which occupy an estimated 100,000 acres?
That's an area about the size of the state of West Virginia. That's just to replace nuclear with wind. Nuclear currently only generates about 20% of the US energy needs with Coal at 45%. Coal is quickly being shut down by EPA requirements so that will also have to be replaced with something.
Edit: It would take a wind farm the size of the state of California operating at that capacity year round to meet current US energy needs by my estimates.
Well, I'm nearing 3k posts and each of those had my original UID. Other sites are scraping this site and copying my posts there as if I am actually posting there. This will mitigate that. I was amazed when I googled my username and saw how many places I was supposedly posting at. At least now, they can scrape this name and it is not identifiable to me.
As far as being anonymous while being logged on, I'm not trying to hide my participation or presence on here, just my last name on my posts.
Well, I'm a jeans fanatic, it's basically all I wear until it's too hot out. And, yes, I'm wearing women's jeans today. From Old Navy and called "Diva" jeans.
Happily married and content with my manlyhood so I can do it.

Ahh, I see. I've used this name for years on multiple forums and am trying to scrub the google search of those somehow. Still haven't figured out a good method.

If you don't want to wear them, they qualify as "ugly" or "boring"...or both. And I would love to wear a costume to work. Not having to make a decision about what to wear every day would essentially add hours to my life.

My son wears jeans ALL year, even when it's 100+ degrees outside. And you rock on with your manly self in your diva jeans. :congrats:
Ha! I have a couple pairs of Levis that are womens too. I always forget what my size is though!
My favorite was a pair from the Levis store (which most are pretty pricey) for $7 on sale. Unfortunately I can't fit into them any more. Super skinny. Ah well.
It is absolutely amazing blessing. Not only is it great I don't have to think about what I'm going to wear, while I still have to pay for my uniform, it's a lot cheaper than buying a work wardrobe.
It's all in good taste. As much as I love Zeppelin (probably my favorite classic rock band), I like Niki Minaj as well. I like all music, all styles. I used to snark at country and pop, but now I listen to both. Wife saw her in DC opening for Brittany Spears (calm down, she got a free ticket from a coworker). Said she had a great time. Plus, who doesn't like Superbass? Nicki Minaj Sings 'Super Bass' with Sophia Grace (Full Version) - YouTube
Love these girls, such the cutest.
