hi everyone,
I am new to this forum. My problem is that I got this SGS4 and when i play my music using an earphone with a remote( that control volume, pause and next track), after listening to about 3 or 4 music, i try to jump to the next song using the remote, but nothing happen. i have to take out the phone go to google play music app and open it then the remote start to work again.
I have tried different earphone thinking that the eaephone is the problem. i am using a samsung earphone now, same problem.
Please help me solve this problem
