Hello and welcome to the Android Forums :D. Ahh the dreaded "safe mode" it should be fairly easy for you to get the "safe mode" off of your screen. All you should need to do is reboot your device. So turn it off and power it on. Safe mode can be activated by pressing and holding certain keys on the device. I know a lot of devices if you hold the home key while it is booting it will go into safe mode. So when booting up just make sure you aren't pressing any other buttons (besides the power button of course :p) and you should be fine :).

Also if this doesn't fix your issue then you can always register for an account and go to your specific device forum here: Android Phones - Android Forums for a phone or you can go here: Android Phones - Android Forums for a tablet. From there you can ask any question and many people that use that specific device should be able to help you further :).

I hope this resolves your issue :D
