Help Google Play Services force close when installing certain apps

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. My Google Play store will force close but only when attempting to install certain applications (Ex: Adobe Reader/Feedly). I search for the app and click the install button. The app will immediately force close. I have tried several things to fix this issue.
1. Reboot
2. Clear Google Play Store cache/data
3. Clear Download Manager cache/data.
4. Resetting date time settings.
5. Reinstalled play store updates.
6. Available storage is sufficient.

I recently setup an SD card as internal storage. I believe that this may be the root of the issue, but I have no idea how to fix it or why it would do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to settings >storage>cached data>clear cached data.
Settings>storage>apps>download manager clear data
Settings>storage>apps>google play store clear data.
Settings>storage>apps>google play services clear data uninstall updates
Update from here.

Reboot /restart device.
