I accidently deleted SOMETHING, It was either

com.android.apps...
OR
com.google.android.apps...

and either left off there or had something remaining. It came alphabetically in my Titanium Backup list right before:
com.google.android.syncadapters

and now I can no longer download anything from the market or any updates at all.

Please help! Thank you

Or just re-flash GApps in recovery. I assume you have Clockwork Mod installed. Go to: Goo.im Downloads - Browsing gapps And find the gapps file that is for your system.

If you have a phone running Gingerbread or earlier, get the most recent gapps-gb file. If you have a tegra 2 device with GB. If you have a device with ICS, get the most recent gapps-ics file.
