An MXQ Kodi box in the UK, depending on what it's loaded with and the ISP, might have difficulty, things like illegal streaming and downloads, Showbox, etc. All this stuff works in China no problem of course.

Roku is perfectly legal, but on other hand you pay a monthly subscription for that.
