Help How do I stop my phone sending my location to Google every second, when Location setting is off?

If it gives you peace..there's a system application which is the one that gives capability to every device to pinpoint at your location where ever you are at the globe..its call "Mobil Tracker", I'm guessing in every single device it's called differently..I deleted it and haven't been tracked ever since..and my battery life is much much better..
