I have 251 total with only 13 mb memory left, (yeah i went a little wild downloading last night) now i wouldn't advise this because it has slowed down considerably and i can't receive text messages because i have no more room. I am cleaning house tonight so i can use it again.

    156. And I really can't see living without many of them. Only 16 of them are games.

21 non-stock apps. I just can't stand having an incredibly huge app drawer.

    Downloaded 4 (only use 2) -

Slidescreen Pro - (Imho the best Home screen replacement) using now and must have for those that value information being presented to you in an organized fashion. :D

    GoogleMaps - self-explanatory :D

Beautiful Widgets - Love it until they had to change the format due to the HTC lawsuit. :(

Better Keyboard - don't use as this locks up frequently and experience multiple force closes. <--- disappointment

Not to change the subject, but how many can a person cram on a Droid without losing performance? I am very paranoid about this and pass over quite a few apps for fear of slowing er' down.

That is good common sense. Some apps just hang around and consume resources, and if not used its best to remove them. Reinstalling them is sooo easy. Google Finance is a good example. I like it, but it is always loaded and doing something...
