Help How to sync Note 4 email with PC

I use a Note 4 and Note 8. When I delete an email on my PC, it will delete it on my Note 8, and visa versa. This back and forth syncing does not happen on my Note 4, and it is aggravating to have to delete email twice. I know there must be a setting that will allow this syncing to happen, but I can't seem to find it. Can someone please point me to this setting, thanks!

Open email app on your Note 4 and go to settings in the email app and make sure all your accounts are synced.Also make sure that they are setup the same way.
