Help How to zoom in the camera?

As title. I could not find any - or + sign. Pinch the screen doesn't work either. Anyone knows how to zoom in? Thanks.

Took me three days to do it, and i figured it out on accident. Maybe if I looked at the 3 pages of documentation that came with the phone... Nah, probably wasn't in there.

Is there a better camera app that folks like?

With everything else touch on the phone, I would have thought pinching or something would have been a better idea than using the volume keys... That's so awkward and would have never thought of it... THANK YOU. The fact that I couldn't zoom was the only thing I didn't like about this camera (well, besides no flash)!

Most manuals are basic and don't include information like this.

actually you can pinch to zoom it is just counter intuitive .. you spread your fingers to zoom in .. not bring them together .. i did it the other day on my friends phone when she was trying to figure out how to zoom the camera .. she was running 2.2 ..don't know if that makes a difference over 2.1 ..

Seems to make total sense to me, not sure why that'd be "counter-intuitive". It's squeezing (bringing your fingers together) to make it bigger that'd be counter-intuitive.
