I download an app and I can't find it in the phone

I downloaded the app "chime time". It says that it is installed on my phone https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hyperfine.chimes&hl=en but I can't find the app on my phone anyware. How do I get the web page to see that it isn't installed so I can reinstall it?

If you click on the link you provided it should show you if it is installed.
If it is, you will see an option to open or uninstall. If it isn't installed, you will have to option to install it.

You can also check within the phone to see if it is there.
Just go into settings > apps (or application manager. Its one of the two. I just don't recall which atm)

If its installed it will show under the downloaded tab
