I'm trying to use lucky patchers on a game called episode
Its supposed to hack to give you free things but the inapp purchases are disabled

is it disabled in the app or do you think its your phone. if it is the phone, i have never seen a setting for that.

Do you actually have a means of payment registered to your Google account, like a credit/debit card? Also you should be able to redeem Google Play vouchers via the Play Store itself. You are in a country where paid apps are available?
