I have a kindle fire hd 6. Recently it has been unregistered don't know how or why. When I tried to re-register Amazon says no knowledge of email. I have call Amazon and basically was told to bad to be you, sorry can't help you. 
The device has become useless, unable to read books or email. I would like to root the device. Is there a way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
