I have a proud owner of the Hero since early January. Recently I was suffering a few glitches and decided to reset back to factory settings. However since the reset I have suffered a loss of notification sounds (email, sms, alarm). The ringtone still works but uses an unspecified tone which does not change when I select another ringtone through the settings.
A reboot of the phone seems to solve this issue but it has since returned (3 times in the last 2 days) I am determined to get to the bottom of it.
I have an unrooted phone on TMobile UK using the 1.5 firmware Build no 2.73.110.26
Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.
