My HTC one M8 keeps rebooting at random times for no reason. I have already tried factory reset the phone a couple of times but it still is happening. SO FRUSTRATING! Please help!

When you factory reset it, did it reboot before you installed your apps?
If it reboots after you reinstall your apps, do another reset, then install the apps one by one until you can narrow down the app that is causing problems.
Are there any system updates for the m8? Settings, About, Software Updates

I don't think it's an app that is causing this issue because I just got this phone and I barely got any apps which mostly consist of popular apps that shouldn't be an issue
EX:Facebook, Skype, Diction.com,youtube

It's still a very good idea to start fresh and then proceed slowly. You might find the phone is unstable without adding any apps. If so, and it's that new, it might be time to consider returning it for another.

I hope you can figure it out. Keep us posted.

What sucks is that I don't have a warranty on it since I brought it without a contract from a local dealer. I'll see if I can bring it it to a phone repair shop to see if they can figure the issue out

That does bite. I would suggest the factory reset and see how that holds up. Then move onto installing some of your favorite apps one at a time. Sometimes an app just refuses to settle in and behave. Best of luck.

This phone is 100% stock and unrooted, correct?

I had another issue with data so I went ahead and called at&t and through all the technical steps, they going to give me a New one! Aparantely the reboot is most likely caused by software issues but Ima go pick up a new replacement from their device center today

Mine did it, too. Then, along came the Black Screen of Death. Good thing I was covered by the manufacturer's warranty, or I would have been screwed. The service rep at Bell Mobility says that these phones are really poorly constructed. My advice is to keep your purchase information, because HTC won't look at fixing it unless they see your Bill of Sale.

From what I've read here and elsewhere, some internal cable is at fault.
