Help Make a phone call using an external BT device?

Hey guys
i wonder if this is possible.

Im interested using a cheap wifi only android tablet to make a phone call using a paired BT cell phone.

Do anyone knows if this is possible?

I'm not sure how you would do that with a tablet that doesn't use cellular signal. Unless you're Skyping or using some other wifi calling protocol, I don't see a way to do it. I've never seen two bluetooth devices like a phone and a tablet pair with each other and then you can use the phone's cell signal to make calls from the tablet.
