Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Automatic Root not working for me

I'm using ubuntu and in the terminal it keeps saying that there is an error loading shared libraries. no such files exist

then it says device not connected plug or replug in the usb cable.

In windows it says

Waiting for device
daemon not running*starting it now on port 5037*
ADB server didn't ACK
failed to start daemon

It says that over and over again until it stops running.

Installed the drivers, my computer picks up my phone so i don't know what the problem could be.

Make sure USB Debugging on turn on.

try to make sure usb debugging is on like nuttmeg mentioned if anything i really dont have any experience using linux or unbuntu the only other person that i know that would be able to further assist you on that would be shabby, i mean the dude is a beast on such os. so if anything let us know if you got it working or not im sure shabby could suggest a few things to help you if anything.

All is fine, my s3 is now rooted
