Oh jeez, sorry. Didnt realize you wrote stock recovery. No you cant flash it in stock recovery, though you can with TWRP. Install goo manager from the playstore and flash TWRP. Then you can flash this rom without rooting first.

You can also flash TWRP with odin. you dont need to be rooted for that

Why did you flash this? It is the old 4.2 firmware and is outdated. You should be on 4.3 or 4.4.

Please read through the Unofficial All Things Root Guide for roms and info. You can flash tmobile s4 roms too, as most of us do.

Maybe. Why do you want to go from 4.3 to 4.2? There may be issues.
