rebooted phone into bootstrap
flashed the supplied DEODEXER in this thread.
Flashed the CRT Mod, this time without leaving recovery
Rebooted phone, get tons of FC's

About to restore back again, now whaT?

That's your mistake..........You need to restore your odexed backup, reboot into OS, then come back to CWR.

Once you are in CWR again, apply the deodexer.......reboot the phone and let it load up to the OS.

Now go back in to CWR and flash the CRT mod you want......reboot and you should be good.
