Help My "data network mode" is not working....HELP!

Mine i got the same issue but it doesnt have a apn option under mobile networks on te motorla triumph. Running VM btw

Just hold down the lock button and it will say 'Data Network Mode' it will probably say deactivated. Tap it and it will activate.

Trust me on this, I tried all the other options and it did NOT work. This remedy was the simplest and you dont have to change anything. Good luck

mine lost the apn settings also.
ATT customer service had me
1. check that wifi was tuned off and moble networks was on
2. turn off phone for 6 minutes
3. take out the battery for 6 minutes
4. check APN settings (wasnt any)
5. said all that was left was to do a master reset back to "original status"

they checked me out after the reset said all was ok now.
but i was going to have to redo all the files and apps i had.

I got my phone working and prior to reloading everything else;

I made the jump from Froyo to Gingerbread.

after several false starts i have everything reloaded to where its supposed to be.
and i'm satisfied for now.

phone is still locked to ATT; not anxious to brick it.

Hey guys!
I have a Samung Infuse 4g in Budapest,Hungary. And my problem is the same: data isn't working but i can call or messaging or anything else. I made a factory reset, and reinstalled the whole phone, but it's nothing... Please help me out! Hope you can help!

AT&T Settings.


Sorry guys, but the most accurate way to fix the issue with not being able to send pictures through your text or data network will not show can be resolved by following these steps.

Note: I advise restarting phone only after saving setting: Press settings/menu button (far left button) Click/Press SAVE on the screen
