I wish there was a more updated ruu running 1.11.653.0 that's what my phone is running and I could swear that this boost evo design (the new replacement phone) came with that new software in it, I never updated it. I'm afraid to root this one and not be able to restore it back or recover it.

Well once you are rooted you can flash the mainversionlow.zip

lol no its 3.6 the software is the only difference which is 1.11.653

Mine did the sane thing j just kept trying and it finally worked! I also had to use Mozilla to get the unlocking steps to show try that. Because internet explore never let me move on.

It took me 3 tries & I just yanked the battery after the unlock code failed or froze up. On the 3rd attempt the code finally took.

In order for the device to show up in ADB, it has to be booted into recovery or Android itself.

I may find one but not till tomarrow can someone dropbox the unlock file i will need for the unlocking so i have it on hand and the superuser im gunna need to flash ill find a rom later

try redownloading the unlock token from the email you got and try agian. make sure that you delete the previous token file.

try to get into fastboot through hboot...
you should be able to push a recovery to the /recovery partition through fastboot.

How do I do that??? Sorry of slow sometimes... it's a so weird I'm relocked on stock and in settings my serial number says ';
