Everyone is going to say I am trolling, but I am not... I just want to say a few things to fellow N1 users...
The phone not going to Verizon, HTC officially dropping research on the 3G issues, the terrible launch, defects, and customer service associated with this phone....
This was NOT a good start for Google. Although I like my Nexus one, it does everything I need it too except carry a steady 3G signal, Make and receive phone calls and get a decent signal, and send and receive texts in a dependable manner.
I honestly feel like for what I got and what I paid, I have been screwed. I know this thread will probably be flooded with people who have "no issues" with their N1s, or "Love them", but I have a feeling you are in the minority.
I REALLY like this phone.... but it has so many flaws it makes you wonder if they properly tested it before sending it to market. Using the Incredible as an excuse to cancel the Verizon N1 launch sounds like a recall or admittance of it being faulty without just saying the word and offering a fix and refund.
Sorry to post something I know will probably start flame wars, but I just wanted to see if anyone feels the same. Maybe I am reading into it too much, but in hindsight, as much as I LOVE Android, I'm wishing I would have spent all that cash on an iPhone, jailbroke it, and waited for a Android phone that could really give the iPhone a run for its money..... I love Android OS, it just seems like the innovation of the handsets and support is slowing down and getting poorer. thanks for listening to my rant.
