Root need help with flashing rom

Ok so the original rom has alot of stuff taken out of it. It says you can flash the new apps and widgets but how do you do that? im lost,do i flash the rom first? then how do i flash the apps and widgets. Heres the url with the rom and apps and widgets Sacs Kingdom Rom v-4 updated 5-31-11

welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!

you would just flash the apps and mods just like you would do when you flash a rom. except that all you would have to wipe is dalvik cache and cache.

so flash the rom first then flash the apps after? and i have v3 of this rom already flashed. what do i have to do to flash v4?

yes that is the right order. i always wipe everything twice and flash the rom regardless if it is an updated version of the rom or not.

Wipe everything
Flash rom
Flash apps zip
Reboot
