New User! Which Phone should I get?

Hello,
I'm new here but plan on sticking around. I hear good things about this forum.

I'm getting a new phone at work and for the first time have some choices but within a budget of $150 for the phone. I'm planning on moving from US Cellular to Verizon so my choices are: Droid Bionic (leaning towards this one) Samsung Stratosphere and Droid Charge.

I really want the front facing camera and a big screen - at least 4.3".

Any thoughts?
