New Zmax Pro owner questions

I had been wanting to get a Zmax Pro for a while because of his many times I had read about what an amazing deal it is supposed to be. I finally got one and now I'm reading about bugs, firmware issues, and a lack of rooting ability if that is your thing (I've never done it but always liked knowing I could if my phone irritated me enough). I have the b20 software, which I'm hearing is a bad thing. Did I make a bad choice in getting this phone? Should I get the b21 update? Anything else I should do or not do with my phone to keep it running well?

I've had it for about 6 months and the only issues I have are running USSD codes and rooting.
But I'd only wanna root for bloatware and I fixed that and the only USSD code I really use is *#*#4636#*#* and that works so I'm really digging this phone. Oh and I got shitty data but that's on the Towers end, not mine.

I have had no issues on B20.

The stock texting app sucks. Switch to Textra.

Clear your cache partition once in a while.

The phone is solid for the price.

Last I saw, the pro was on sale for $79. This phone at $79 is an INCREDIBLE bargain.
