No Charge

[LHR2020]

Hi,

My Samsung A40 won't charge. Have tried the cable on different samsung devices which work so it's not the cable. I've also tried holding the volume down and power button to restart but still no luck. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Check the usb phone port. It may have dirt or lint in it. If it does you can carefully clean it.
