Not receiving text

So my girlfriend has a Samsung Galaxy S3 and I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. When we use regular messenger she doesn't get my text messages. Does anyone know why?

Well she can still receive my phone calls just not my text

Definitely seems like a Network Issue...
You Both should contact your service providers and speak with an actual Technician.
AVOID CUSTOMER SERVICE as they will have no clue.
Please keep us posted. This seems to be a temporary network issue.
Does she receive the messages later on?

I receive her text and everyone else's and she receives everyone's except mine

She has never ever received any of your text messages.
But, you are able to receive hers?
What carriers are you both using?
And what is the RSSI Bar readings for both of your devices during that time of issue occurence?

No I was receiving her text but all of sudden it stopped. She is with AT&T and I'm with T-Mobile. I also don't know about RSSI readings

Fixed the problem guys. She had the number as spam
