phone memory builds up even after installing apps on sd

I have galaxy mini. i have my apps installed in sd .every app instals on sd (by using cmd etc.) still phone memory gradually builds up.i have tried *#9900# .it worked for me once but not n
ow.

thank u for helping but i didnt get anything from that sub forum. But thank u for ur advice
