Ok.. so I'm getting really frustrated.. 
I have the HTC Evo.. before I switched carriers ihad the HTC inspire.. on the inspire under personalize there was a "skin" folder.. and you could download these "skins"... kind of like theme.. but they change your button and top bar colors too... I have scene and wall paper on the Evo but not the skin folder... is there ANY way to get this for the Evo?? I know how and where to download the skins from.. but don't know where on my phone they are going since I don't have this option... UGH! PLEASE HELP!
