Please help

I set my phone to not link up to facebook a long time ago and today all of a sudden in my phone contacts it has added anyone from my facebook friends who put their number on their profile. i went to the facebook app to make sure it was still set to not sync up as well as the settings on the phone itself looked and they are still set to not sync up with facebook and i cant find a way to delete these extra people from my contacts.it doesn't give me the option to just delete them either. how can i get rid of them??!

They will always show up in your dialpad, but to remove them from 'people' view contacts, uncheck facebook. Hope that solves your problem.
