At the Vendor Mall today, found a vintage desk fan (1940s Westinghouse Bullet Fan) for $35. Replacing a 'vintage wannabe Vornado' fan (the kind that looks vintage but has all the annoying modern limitations) and helping save energy costs by keeping the A/C turned off most of the day.

A very VERY long time ago, before I was vegan, I remember the price per lb of ground beef being $4.99. Double the cost of gas per-gallon. But everyone today claims that being vegan is expensive. For myself, it's literally half of what it costs to be non-vegan. My weekly grocery bills went from over $240/week to $100/week.

I unironically get wings from there because they're the only place in the area that does baked and not fried wings.

Remember those old lamps that were all the rage in the 1940s-50s that were electric but styled like an old oil lamp from the old West? I bought a few today at a vendor mall to complete my vintage home look and boy howdy were those suckers expensive! like $80 a piece! Why? is there some hidden value I'm not seeing? These lamps were something you'd spend no more than $20 on at a S.S. Kresge in like 1952
