Hi my name is Ian, and I am hoping someone can help me.

My Mobile is the Samsung GALAXY Ace.

The phone came will pre-installed apps, that I do not want
And having there on the phone is stopping me from
Down loading apps that I want.

Is there any way to delete them?

    Thankyou

Sorry but no. Unless you go through a process called "rooting" the phone, you cant uninstall them and even if you do, it wont necessarily give you more app storage.
And welcome to the community Ian :)

On android, you are a guest user. As a result, you don't have access to the system partition.

Those preinstalled apps are located in the system partition.

You need administrator access to modify system. And you get administrator privlidges through a process called rooting
