    Is your phone rooted?

    You man need to reflash.
What were you doing when this happend? Trying to clear the cache or format the sdcard?

Sometime with a custom ROM, it puts in a different file ext (ext4)....
Then the original firmware cannot detect the files.....

Hi, I have this exact problem, I just bought a 2nd hand Galaxy S and am trying to restore factory settings and getting that same list of errors. I'm really new to the world of smartphones, this is my first one, so I'm not down with all the techo talk.... what is 'reflash' and how do I do that??? THANKS!
