Help Problems after root and clockwork mod

Hi there i have recently installed cyanogenmod rev 7.1 successfully or so i though.

The problems i have noticed so far are:

1. Cannot link hotmail accounts to the 'email' app
2. cannot get a GPS fix when using google maps or navigation
3. lack of widgets, especially a monthly veiw calendar
4. Some games/apps do not install and/or download
5. Still unable to delete things from the main menu

Thinking of sacking the root and going back to using the standard updates
PLEASE HELP!
