IMO Lady Gaga is about fun pop songs. To make you feel happy and not really look for any deep meanings in them. And she is one of the largest selling and most listened to western artists here in China. Very popular at karaoke rooms(KTV).

Be careful, there are a couple of so called agencies trying very hard to give you the impression they are government sites. They make money 'assisting' you with your application. All they need is a couple of hundred dollars and a whole lot of personal information.
Find the right one via your embassy site.
