Root Reset to stock?

I want to reset my RAZR HD to pure stock; all stock apps (even the bloatware), the whole nine. I want to be rid of root and start clean. I'm not on a custom ROM and it's not unlocked, but I wwant to know how to reset to get all the stock apps back, etc. Thanks in advance.

Well if you haven't applied the latest Verizon update, then you can use the following utility over ad the XDA forums. Just got to press one button and it will put you back on stock 4.1.2, kernel and radio. It will also perform a data wipe:

So, if you are (were) rooted, installed the new update and lost root, does that mean you cannot go back to stock and start over?
