Root root to verison...

    contract expired with sprint and im looking to go with the verison $50 unlimited prepaid. anybody here flashed the evo to verison prepaid? if so... i wanna do a full flash to verison. dont care about having 4g. i know they use different signals. anyways... thanx

    I haven't heard of anyone being able to do this, though, I suppose it would be possible. They are both CDMA networks, but you'd need someone on the inside of verizon to do the dirty work, which, I would assume they wouldn't do (they would want you to buy a phone from them).

    I'm looking at the link though, never heard of someone getting it done.

    well... this sux. i guess i have to go the boost route. for someone thats never rooted a phone... will this be a difficult task? i hear you have to buy a boost phone to use the msn number. is this true?

    Not sure, mkelso has the definitive guide to [ Boost | MetroPCS ] and activating the evo on that.. Though, I can't recall which one --- it might actually be metro :\

    I have an Evo 4G on Verizon $50 unlimited prepaid....don't listen to people who say it can't be done and get scared if the words MEID or ESN are used in the same sentence as how to get a Sprint phone on Verizon
