Root Root?

I know that there are threads telling you how to root the Samsung Moment but I dont really understand any of the directions (new to android). I was wondering if there was a video that shows how to root the Samsung Moment step by step. If not can someone PLEASE make one? Also what are ROMs?

Hmmm. If you're having that much trouble with the already-made tutorials, then I am not sure you want to root your phone. It can be dangerous if in the wrong hands, man.

I wouldn't recommend a persistent root at this time... Temp root is incredibly easy to do.. once again as stated before, if you dont know what you are doing don't mess with it..
I know what i am doing adn still have managed to boot loop my phone 3 times to the point i am not messing with root right now

Eventually there will be a easier more efficient way 2 root the moment just takes patience
