Root Rooted - now what?

So I rooted my phone following the instructions in another thread here. Now how do I get rid of Bing and Googlefy my widgets?

get rid of the bloatware.. There are some threads on it here I think, if you can't find any try XDA.. I personally wouldn't delete them (at least not right off).. you can either rename the files or move to another directory. I always create a directory for apps and move those I don't want into it.
