Apparently the write process failed. Try using a different USB cable to between your J5 and your PC. Or a different USB port. Also, if you're plugging your phone into a USB port, try plugging it directly into your PC's USB port.
Another thing to look into is if you also have Samsung's Smart Switch (or older Kies) installed on your PC. Go into the Windows Device Manager and make sure it's not running in the background (or kill the process if it is) when using Odin as the two might conflict with each other.

Cuando inicio el teléfono sin tarjeta SIM, en la pantalla de bloqueo me sale introducir PIN, introduzco el pin configurado y no hace nada y me pide que lo vuelva a intentar en 4 minutos, asin para todo y no puedo utilizar el teléfono, si introduzco otro PIN inventado si da error.

Buscando por internet muchos dan la solución de hacer un hard reset pero quiero recuperar los archivos antes de hacerlo.

Otra es bajarte un programa de PC y transferir los archivos, pero esta opción tampoco es válida ya que muchos piden que tenga activado la depuración de USB.
