Root Samsung S 4G failed to root "Firmware upgrade encountered." & USB Device Error Code 43

Please help me, we're on day 3 and I don't know what to do.

I messed up.

I wanted to root it, tried to and now I have the beloved "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."

I had been using this tutorial.

CPU: Windows 8.1 AMD A6 64 bit OS
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S 4G (SGH-T959W...Not the S4 to clarify, the older one)
Firmware: 2.3.6

I used Odin and received this error message.

When Odin failed, Windows gave me this error message and Device Manager gave me this one. (Address issues..etc)

* I've tried to follow this dudes tutorial but OMAP doesn't respond to the device.
* I've tried updating the drivers.
* Kies isn't supported for 8.1 and Samsung S 4G (BECAUSE IT'S THAT OLD!)
* I've backed up all my files so if I've lost everything, that's ok.
* At this point, I hope I didn't ruin my phone.

Question: How do I get my phone working again?
